Craps Calculator is operated by Rickhouse, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Craps Calculator application (“App”) and related services.
This Policy covers the App and related services used for authentication, cloud storage, strategies and tutorials, user suggestions, favorites, customer support, analytics, advertising, diagnostics, subscriptions, purchase management, security, age assurance, and app store compliance.
You can use core App functionality and browse bundled strategy previews without creating an account. Premium may also be purchased without creating an account where supported.
Signing in is required for certain cloud-backed features, including the complete dynamically managed strategy library, synced strategy favorites, and strategy suggestions.
If you sign in, we may collect and store:
Your account identifier, such as a Firebase UID.
The email address supplied by your sign-in provider.
Your username and profile information.
Authentication provider information.
Account status, administrative access permissions, and security-related account information.
Bundled strategy previews do not require a cloud strategy-catalog request. Other App services, such as Remote Config, analytics, diagnostics, or advertising, may still operate when you are signed out.
When applicable features are used, we may collect:
Saved game histories and session details, including rolls, frequencies, outcomes, timestamps, and statistics.
Dice-tracking sessions.
Session names, notes, settings, and preferences you choose to save.
App version and feature-usage information.
Other information you voluntarily save or submit through the App.
If you favorite or unfavorite a strategy while signed in, we store the strategy identifier in your account’s favorites and update the strategy’s aggregate favorite count.
Your favorites are account-linked and used to provide synced favorites, favorites filtering, and related App functionality. Other users do not receive a list identifying which strategies you personally favorited. Aggregate favorite counts may be displayed in the strategy library and used for popularity sorting.
Guests do not have synced favorites. Tapping a favorite control while signed out may open authentication. If you complete sign-in, the App may complete that original favorite action. The pending action is held temporarily in memory rather than saved as a guest favorites list.
If you submit a strategy suggestion, we may store:
The title, strategy description, and optional notes you provide.
Your submitting account identifier.
Submission and update timestamps.
A record of your acceptance of the submission terms.
Review status and administrative review information.
References connecting the submission to a resulting published strategy.
If you submit a dream feature or other product suggestion, we may store the suggestion, submitting account identifier, timestamps, and related review records.
Administrators may maintain private review notes, decisions, status changes, and publication references. These records are used to review suggestions, prevent duplicate work, maintain a publication history, and operate the App.
Original submissions and private moderation information are separate from published tutorial content. Reviewed strategy content may be edited, reformatted, combined, renamed, and made available to other users as part of the strategy library.
We do not currently synchronize strategy checklist completion or tutorial progress to your account. Temporary on-screen checklist state and analytics about using the experience are separate from saved account progress.
Please do not include passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, sensitive personal information, or another person’s private information in suggestions or feedback.
If you contact us, we may receive your email address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to provide.
The App’s email feedback links may prepopulate:
The originating screen or specific strategy.
The App version and build number.
Your platform, such as iOS or Android.
Opening an email link does not automatically send a message to us. You can review, edit, or remove the prefilled information before sending it through your email application.
If you use a Reddit feedback link, Reddit’s privacy policy and account settings apply. Posts or comments you make in public communities may be visible to others.
If you view, purchase, restore, redeem, manage, or use Premium features, we and our subscription service providers may process:
Your RevenueCat App User ID, which may be anonymous or associated with your Firebase UID.
The selected subscription product.
Entitlement status.
Purchase, renewal, expiration, cancellation, refund, promotional-code, and restoration information.
App store transaction identifiers, receipts, and related subscription metadata.
We do not receive or store your complete payment card number. Payments are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider.
Deleting your App account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
We and our service providers may process:
Device, platform, and operating-system information.
App version and build information.
Installation-scoped and analytics identifiers.
App interactions, screen visits, feature usage, and performance information.
Crash reports and diagnostic information.
Network and request information available to our infrastructure providers.
Authentication failures, blocked requests, rate-limit activity, and other security events.
For the Strategies experience, analytics may record events such as opening the library and selecting a strategy, together with the strategy identifier, entry point, sign-in status, sorting selection, and QA or production status.
The Strategies funnel events are designed not to include the text or notes from user submissions.
We may use sampled session replay to understand usability problems. Session replay may capture supported screen content and interactions. We use masking controls intended to obscure sensitive fields and user-authored information, including account details, names, and notes. Masking is a technical safeguard and should not be understood as a guarantee that every possible item of personal information will always be excluded.
When advertisements are shown, advertising partners may process:
Ad requests, impressions, clicks, and other interactions.
Device, network, and App signals used to serve, secure, limit, and measure advertisements.
Advertising identifiers where available and permitted.
Consent and privacy-preference signals.
Premium users should generally not see in-App banner, native, or rewarded advertisements while their Premium entitlement is active.
Advertising partners may still process information from earlier free sessions or other interactions with their services.
Where supported or required, Apple or Google may provide limited age-assurance and parental-approval information, including:
A coarse age category or age range.
Whether age information was verified, declared, or supplied through a supervised account.
Whether parental or guardian approval is approved, pending, denied, or revoked.
Whether a significant-update acknowledgment or other age-related action is required.
Limited installation or version information relevant to those requirements.
Through these platform signals, we do not receive your exact date of birth, copies of government identification, facial-verification data, or the documents used by Apple or Google to verify age.
We use these signals to provide an age-appropriate experience, determine whether access is permitted, respond to approval states, present required acknowledgments, and meet applicable requirements.
We do not use age or parental-approval signals for advertising, marketing, analytics, profiling, or unrelated personalization.
The App is designed to process these signals transiently on the device. We do not intentionally transmit the age ranges or parental-approval signals to Firebase, Mixpanel, advertising providers, or our backend.
The App may retain a local marker indicating that a significant-update flow has been handled. That marker does not contain the person’s age or date of birth.
Depending on your platform and the features used, our service providers may include:
Google Firebase, including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, App Check, Storage, and Messaging.
RevenueCat for subscriptions, purchases, entitlements, restoration, promotional offers, and subscription management.
Mixpanel for product analytics and session replay.
Google AdMob and its configured advertising and mediation partners.
Meta/Facebook Audience Network, BidMachine, and DT Exchange/Fyber, where included or enabled.
Apple App Store and Google Play for distribution, purchases, subscriptions, age assurance, and platform compliance.
Apple Declared Age Range, StoreKit, and related system frameworks.
Google Play Age Signals services.
Email providers and support communication services.
External AI services, including OpenAI’s ChatGPT, when used by administrators to assist with reviewing or preparing submitted strategy content.
These services process information under their applicable terms, privacy policies, and service configurations.
We use information to:
Provide and maintain App functionality.
Authenticate users and manage account access.
Save, synchronize, retrieve, and export eligible account data.
Provide the strategy library and synced favorites.
Maintain aggregate strategy favorite counts and popularity sorting.
Review suggestions and prepare curated strategy tutorials.
Maintain administrative decisions and submission-to-publication references.
Respond to feedback, support requests, and privacy requests.
Provide, verify, restore, and manage Premium access.
Remove advertisements when the applicable entitlement is active.
Understand feature usage and improve usability.
Diagnose errors and improve reliability.
Detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect accounts and infrastructure.
Deliver and measure advertisements subject to applicable settings and consent.
Handle age-assurance and parental-approval requirements.
Meet applicable legal and platform obligations.
We may share information with providers that help us operate, secure, support, and improve the App, including the providers described above.
A reviewed strategy may be published for other users to read and use. Published tutorial documents are intended to contain the approved tutorial content and operational metadata, not the original submitter’s email address, Firebase UID, or private moderation notes.
Information you deliberately include in content may still reveal something about you. Do not submit personal information that you do not want incorporated into reviewed content.
Administrators may send strategy titles, descriptions, optional submission notes, and submission reference identifiers to external AI services to help organize, rewrite, validate, or convert suggestions into the App’s tutorial format.
This is an administrative content-preparation workflow, not a requirement to connect your own account to an AI service. AI-assisted output remains subject to review before publication.
AI providers’ retention and use of submitted material depend on the service, account type, settings, and applicable terms. We do not make a blanket promise that externally processed submissions are never retained or used for model improvement.
Do not include sensitive personal information in material you submit for review.
We may share device, advertising, consent, and interaction information with advertising providers where permitted. Depending on applicable law, some advertising-related processing may be considered sharing for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements.
Age and parental-approval signals obtained through platform APIs are not intentionally shared with advertising, marketing, analytics, or profiling providers.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant features, review submissions, operate the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations.
Suggestions may remain in the administrative inbox while new, under review, saved for later, completed, rejected, or archived.
When your account is deleted, our account-deletion workflow removes eligible account data, including strategy favorites and dream-feature submissions. It also adjusts strategy favorite counts for removed favorites.
For strategy submissions, the workflow removes the original submitting account identifier, title, strategy text, optional submission notes, and submission-terms acceptance timestamp. A reduced workflow record may remain, including review status, publication references, and related operational timestamps.
Deleting your account does not automatically remove an already published, curated tutorial derived from a submission. If published content contains your personal information, contact us to request review and removal of that information.
Account deletion does not automatically erase information already sent to an external AI service, email provider, analytics provider, or public community. Provider retention rules and applicable rights may apply separately. Contact us if you need assistance with a relevant request.
Subscription and transaction records may remain with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other providers under their own retention requirements.
Backups, diagnostic records, security records, and other retained information may persist for limited operational periods or where retention is required or permitted.
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, including authentication, access controls, server-side validation, application attestation where enabled, rate limits, and encrypted communications.
Access to account data and administrative records is restricted according to the relevant feature and role.
No application, network, storage system, or security safeguard is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure will never occur.
You may request account deletion:
Through the account-deletion flow in the App.
Through our account-deletion request page.

We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request.
Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions. Cancel those through the applicable app store or subscription-management tools.
You may remove strategy favorites through the App.
To request correction or removal of a suggestion, or review of personal information appearing in published content, email me@rickhouse.dev. Include enough information to identify the affected submission or strategy without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Where available, in-App export tools allow you to request eligible account data, including saved preferences and your submitted suggestion content.
Exports may be subject to identity verification, security controls, size limits, or request limits.
You may use available in-App advertising privacy controls and your device’s privacy settings, including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency controls and Android advertising settings.
Available choices depend on your platform, region, and the services in use. Restricting advertising tracking does not necessarily disable essential security, diagnostics, or all product analytics.
You may edit or remove prefilled email information before sending feedback.
Using Reddit or another external service is optional and subject to that service’s privacy practices.
Apple and Google manage platform age-assurance and parental-approval settings. Depending on the platform, you or a parent or guardian may manage those settings through the applicable account, family, or supervision tools.
Declining required information, not meeting an applicable age requirement, or having approval pending or denied may limit access to some features or the App.
Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or objection to certain uses of personal information. You may also have rights relating to targeted advertising, withdrawal of consent, appeals, or complaints to a supervisory authority.
To make a request, email me@rickhouse.dev. We will assess and respond according to applicable requirements. Some information may be retained where an applicable exception permits or requires it.
The App is not directed to children under 13 or below the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction.
The App does not independently ask users to provide identity-verification documents or an exact date of birth for age verification. Where applicable, limited age and approval signals are supplied by Apple or Google.
Platform availability and age treatment may differ:
On Apple platforms, the App is intended for users who meet its applicable App Store age rating and may restrict access when supplied age information does not meet the App’s 18+ requirement.
On Android, the App remains Teen-rated and does not impose the iOS-specific 18+ requirement. Google Play supervision, parental approval, and regional requirements may still affect access or purchases.
We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Parents and guardians should use the relevant platform controls to manage downloads, purchases, access, and supervision.
Your information may be processed or stored outside the country where you live, including in countries where we or our providers operate.
Where applicable, we use or rely on safeguards required for relevant international transfers.
We may update this Policy as our features, providers, or practices change. The updated Policy will include a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required, we will provide additional notice, request consent or acknowledgment, or use applicable platform mechanisms before introducing a relevant change.
Changes requiring additional notice or approval may include changes to:
The categories of information processed.
How information is used or shared.
Advertising or monetization practices.
Age requirements or parental-approval handling.
Material features or privacy choices.
