Craps Calculator ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using the Craps Calculator mobile app (the "App").
This Policy applies to the Craps Calculator App and related services we use to operate it, including authentication, cloud storage, analytics, advertising, diagnostics, subscriptions, and purchase management services.
You can use core app functionality without creating an account, but account-required features, cloud-backed features, and Premium subscription enrollment may require sign-in.
If you choose to sign in, we may collect and store:
User ID, such as your Firebase UID
Email address provided by your sign-in provider
Username and profile fields you provide in the App
Authentication provider data, such as Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple
When features are used, we may collect:
Saved game history and session details, such as roll counts, roll frequencies, session names, game outcomes, timestamps, and related stats
Dice tracking sessions, notes, selected settings, and app preferences
App version and feature usage metadata
Other information you choose to save or submit through the App
If you view, purchase, restore, redeem, manage, or use Premium subscription features, we and our subscription service provider may process subscription-related information, including:
Your RevenueCat app user ID, which may be linked to your Firebase UID when you are signed in
Subscription product selected, such as monthly or yearly Premium
Entitlement status, such as whether "Craps Calculator Pro" is active
Purchase, renewal, expiration, cancellation, refund, promotional code, or restore events
App store transaction identifiers, receipts, and subscription metadata provided by Apple App Store or Google Play
We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Payment processing is handled by the applicable app store or payment provider.
Premium is currently used to remove ads and unlock ad-free Rebet access. Premium may also include additional account-based or cloud-backed features in the future.
We may collect:
Device and OS information
App interactions and feature usage events
Crash logs and performance diagnostics
Installation-scoped identifiers and analytics identifiers as provided by SDKs and services
If ads are shown, ad partners may process:
Ad interaction events, such as impressions and clicks
Device and app signals needed to serve, limit, secure, and measure ads
Advertising identifiers where available and permitted by platform settings
Premium users should generally not see in-app banner, native, or rewarded ads while their Premium entitlement is active. Advertising partners may still process data from earlier free app sessions, non-Premium sessions, or cases where ads are otherwise shown.
Depending on your platform and enabled features, we use services including:
Google Firebase, including Authentication, Firestore/database, Cloud Functions, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, App Check, Storage, and Messaging as applicable
RevenueCat, for subscription product display, purchase management, entitlement status, subscription lifecycle events, restores, promotional code support, and Customer Center subscription management
Mixpanel, for product analytics and session replay where enabled
Google AdMob, for ads
Meta/Facebook Audience Network, for ads
Apple App Store and Google Play, for in-app purchase and subscription processing
These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.
We use collected data to:
Provide app functionality, including optional sign-in and cloud-backed history
Save, sync, and restore user game data
Provide, verify, restore, and manage Premium subscription access
Remove ads and unlock Premium-only features when your entitlement is active
Maintain security and prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access
Troubleshoot crashes and improve stability and performance
Analyze usage to improve product experience
Deliver and measure ads when ads are shown
Communicate important account, support, or service-related information where applicable
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share data with service providers and processors that help us operate the App, such as the providers listed above. Data may also be disclosed if required by law, to enforce rights, to prevent abuse or fraud, or to protect users and the service.
We retain data as long as needed to provide features, operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.
If you request deletion, we delete account-linked data subject to required legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or platform-retention exceptions. Subscription transaction records may remain with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other providers according to their own retention requirements.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect data. Data transmitted to our backend providers is encrypted in transit, for example through HTTPS/TLS. No system is 100% secure.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data:

Deleting your Craps Calculator account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the subscription management tools made available in the App.
Where available, you may request or export your account data using in-app tools.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. The App may also provide a subscription management link or Customer Center powered by RevenueCat.
Platform controls, such as iOS tracking settings and Android ad settings, may affect ad personalization and measurement.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data.
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the current version with an updated effective date or last updated date.
