These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Craps Calculator mobile application (the "App") operated by Rickhouse, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Craps Calculator is a statistical and entertainment tool designed to help users:
Simulate craps betting strategies
Track rolls and game sessions
Analyze betting outcomes and statistics
Learn and practice craps concepts
The App does not provide real-money gambling services and does not allow users to wager real currency or win real-world prizes.
Any simulations, calculations, or statistics are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.
Some features of the App require creating or signing into an account.
When creating or using an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the App.
Premium subscription enrollment may require authentication so Premium access can be connected to your account across supported devices, reinstalls, and future account-based features.
The App may allow you to store data such as:
Game sessions
Betting history
Dice tracking sessions
Statistical summaries
User profile information
Notes, names, settings, and preferences you provide
You retain ownership of your submitted data. However, you grant Rickhouse, LLC a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit this data solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the App.
We do not sell your personal data. Details about how we collect and use data are described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may offer paid subscriptions, paid features, promotional offers, free trials, or other in-app purchases, including a Premium subscription currently referred to in the App as Premium, Pro, ad-free, or "Craps Calculator Pro."
Premium may include benefits such as:
No banner ads
No native ads
Rebet access without rewarded ads
No ad-based Rebet cooldown
Other Premium, Pro, account-based, cloud-backed, or advanced features that may be added, removed, renamed, modified, or bundled over time
Premium features may evolve. We may add, change, replace, limit, or discontinue specific Premium benefits, provided that the App continues to provide the subscription access described at the time of purchase as required by applicable law and app store rules.
Some Premium features may require sign-in and may not be available to unauthenticated users. We may require authentication for Premium enrollment and for access to cloud-backed or account-based Premium features.
Subscriptions are processed through the applicable app store or payment provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
When you purchase a subscription:
Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise disclosed by the applicable app store.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or through subscription management tools made available in the App.
Deleting the App or deleting your Craps Calculator account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
The App displays available subscription options, billing periods, prices, and renewal terms before purchase. Prices and available plans may vary by platform, region, taxes, currency, promotions, or app store configuration.
If a subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, revoked, or cannot be verified, Premium access may be removed.
Refund requests are handled by the platform where you purchased the subscription unless otherwise required by law.
Premium access is intended to be associated with the account used to enroll or restore the subscription. If you sign into the same account on another supported device or platform, Premium access may be available there if supported by RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, and our configuration.
You may only manage or cancel a subscription through the platform where it was originally purchased.
If you use a different account, fail to sign in, reinstall the App, switch platforms, or use unsupported restore flows, Premium access may not appear until you sign in with the correct account or restore purchases where supported.
You may not attempt to transfer, resell, share, bypass, or fraudulently obtain Premium access.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
You can do this by:
Using the Delete My Account option inside the App, or
Submitting a request at https://www.rickhouse.dev/craps-calculator/delete-my-account, or
Contacting us at me@rickhouse.dev
For security reasons, we may verify account ownership before processing deletion requests.
Once processed, your account and associated user data will be permanently deleted except where retention is required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, platform, security, or operational purposes.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable purchase platform.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the App
Interfere with the App's servers or infrastructure
Attempt to bypass rate limits or security protections
Use bots or automated scripts to interact with the App
Abuse APIs, cloud services, subscription systems, advertising systems, or analytics systems
Attempt to obtain Premium access without payment or authorization
Share, sell, or transfer account access in a way that violates these Terms
Violation of these restrictions may result in account suspension, Premium access removal, or termination.
The App relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers including but not limited to:
Google Firebase for authentication, database, cloud functions, storage, remote config, analytics, crash reporting, security, and messaging as applicable
RevenueCat for subscriptions, purchase management, entitlement verification, purchase restoration, promotional codes, and Customer Center
Apple App Store and Google Play for in-app purchases, subscription billing, and subscription management
Google AdMob and Meta/Facebook Audience Network for advertising
Analytics and crash reporting tools
These services may collect and process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Rickhouse, LLC is not responsible for the policies or practices of these third parties.
The App may display advertisements. These advertisements may be delivered by third-party ad networks.
You understand that:
Ad networks may use device identifiers or other signals where permitted
Rewarded ads may unlock or temporarily enable certain in-app features for non-Premium users
Ads do not provide real-money rewards
Premium users may receive an ad-free experience while their Premium entitlement is active
We do not guarantee that all third-party promotional, app store, system, or external content will be removed by Premium.
All App content including source code, algorithms, designs, graphics, branding, trademarks, text, and other materials are owned by Rickhouse, LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App without written permission.
The App does not facilitate gambling and is not affiliated with any casino or gaming operator.
Any strategies, simulations, or statistical outputs provided by the App:
Do not guarantee success
Do not represent real-world outcomes
Should not be relied upon for financial decisions
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no guarantees regarding:
Accuracy of calculations
Reliability of simulations
Availability of specific free or Premium features
Uninterrupted availability
Absence of bugs or errors
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rickhouse, LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Service interruptions
Subscription platform errors
App store billing or payment issues
arising from use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:
You violate these Terms
Your account is used for abuse or fraud
You attempt to bypass Premium or subscription controls
Required by law
Termination may occur without prior notice. Termination of your App account does not automatically cancel any app store subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are made:
The "Last Updated" date will be modified
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms, to the extent permitted by law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rickhouse, LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
