These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Craps Calculator mobile application (the “App”) operated by Rickhouse, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Craps Calculator is a statistical and entertainment tool designed to help users:
simulate craps betting strategies
track rolls and game sessions
analyze betting outcomes and statistics
The App does not provide real-money gambling services and does not allow users to wager real currency or win real-world prizes.
Any simulations, calculations, or statistics are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.
Some features of the App require creating an account.
When creating an account you agree to:
provide accurate information
maintain the security of your login credentials
notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the App.
The App may allow you to store data such as:
game sessions
betting history
statistical summaries
user profile information
You retain ownership of your submitted data.
However, you grant Rickhouse, LLC a limited license to store, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of operating the App.
We do not sell your personal data.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
You can do this by:
Using the Delete My Account option inside the App, or
Submitting a request at: https://rickhouse.dev/delete-account or emailing: support@rickhouse.dev
For security reasons we may verify account ownership before processing deletion requests.
Once processed, your account and associated user data will be permanently deleted except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.
You agree not to:
use the App for unlawful purposes
attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the App
interfere with the App’s servers or infrastructure
attempt to bypass rate limits or security protections
use bots or automated scripts to interact with the App
abuse APIs, cloud services, or analytics systems
Violation of these restrictions may result in account suspension or termination.
The App relies on third-party infrastructure providers including but not limited to:
Google Firebase (authentication, database, cloud functions)
Google AdMob (advertising)
Analytics and crash reporting tools
These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
Rickhouse, LLC is not responsible for the policies or practices of these third parties.
The App may display advertisements.
These advertisements may be delivered by third-party ad networks.
You understand that:
ad networks may use device identifiers or cookies
rewarded ads may unlock in-app features
ads do not provide real-money rewards
You may have the option to purchase ad-free experiences if offered.
All App content including:
source code
algorithms
designs
graphics
branding
trademarks
are owned by Rickhouse, LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App without written permission.
The App does not facilitate gambling and is not affiliated with any casino or gaming operator.
Any strategies, simulations, or statistical outputs provided by the App:
do not guarantee success
do not represent real-world outcomes
should not be relied upon for financial decisions
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:
accuracy of calculations
reliability of simulations
uninterrupted availability
absence of bugs or errors
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rickhouse, LLC shall not be liable for:
indirect damages
incidental damages
loss of data
loss of profits
service interruptions
arising from use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:
you violate these Terms
your account is used for abuse or fraud
required by law
Termination may occur without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are made:
the “Last Updated” date will be modified
continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Rickhouse, LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
