These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Craps Calculator application (“App”) and related services operated by Rickhouse, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Certain features may require you to separately accept additional terms or permissions before using them.
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher age requirement applicable to your location, platform, or use of the App.
If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian and any required platform approval.
Platform requirements may differ:
On Apple platforms, access may be restricted by the App’s applicable age rating and its 18+ age-assurance requirements.
On Android, the App’s Teen rating, platform supervision settings, parental approval, and applicable regional requirements may affect availability.
You must not misrepresent your age or attempt to bypass age or parental-approval controls.
Craps Calculator provides educational, statistical, and entertainment tools that may allow you to:
Practice and simulate craps betting.
Calculate payouts.
Track rolls and game sessions.
Review outcomes and statistics.
Learn craps concepts through tutorials.
Browse guided betting strategies.
Save strategy favorites.
Submit strategy suggestions and product ideas.
The App does not provide real-money gambling services. It does not allow you to wager real currency or win real-world gambling prizes.
Calculations, strategies, tutorials, simulations, and statistics are provided for educational and entertainment purposes.
Some features require an account. You may use supported guest features without signing in, including bundled strategy previews.
When creating or using an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate information where requested.
Protect your account and sign-in credentials.
Notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Use only accounts and authentication methods you are authorized to use.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security concerns, violations of these Terms, or applicable legal requirements.
Premium purchases do not require an App account where anonymous purchase is supported. Signing in may help connect supported account-based features and subscription access.
Guests may browse a limited bundled preview catalog. Signed-in users may access the dynamically managed strategy library when the feature is available and their account is eligible.
The catalog may change without an App update. We may add, revise, temporarily hide, replace, or remove strategies to improve content, correct errors, address concerns, or manage availability.
Strategy favorites are available to signed-in users and may synchronize with their account. Tapping a favorite control while signed out may open authentication. If you complete sign-in, the App may complete the favorite action you originally requested.
Aggregate favorite counts are informational. They do not establish that a strategy is accurate, safe, profitable, or appropriate for you.
We do not currently provide account-synced strategy checklist completion or tutorial progress. Temporary checklist state should not be relied on as a permanent record.
Access to the library or favorites is not a promise that every strategy will remain available indefinitely.
You retain any ownership rights you have in the information and content you provide.
For private account data, including saved sessions, notes, names, settings, and preferences, you grant us permission to store, process, reproduce, and transmit that information as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the App.
This permission does not authorize publication of your private account records as strategy tutorials.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Cloud storage, synchronization, and exports depend on account eligibility, network connectivity, service availability, security controls, and applicable limits. Keep your own copies of information you consider important.
Submitting a suggestion does not guarantee acceptance, publication, implementation, a response, attribution, or compensation.
You are responsible for the material you submit. You represent that:
You created it or have sufficient permission to submit it and grant the permissions described below.
It does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
You are not submitting material you are prohibited from sharing.
Any factual claims you make are made honestly and are not knowingly misleading.
Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, sensitive personal information, or another person’s private information.
When you submit strategy suggestions, product ideas, or feedback under these Terms, you grant Rickhouse, LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Store, reproduce, and review the material.
Edit, summarize, reformat, translate, rename, or combine it.
Prepare adapted versions, structured strategy definitions, and tutorial content.
Display, distribute, and make approved versions available through the App and related App materials.
Share the material with service providers as necessary for these purposes.
This license is limited to operating, maintaining, supporting, developing, and improving the App and its related content. It does not transfer ownership of your original material to us.
The permission to maintain and distribute an already published, approved tutorial may continue after account deletion, subject to applicable law and the handling of personal information described in our Privacy Policy.
These submission permissions apply to material submitted under these Terms. Earlier submissions remain subject to the permissions applicable when they were submitted unless additional permission is obtained.
We may accept, decline, archive, defer, edit, combine, or remove submissions at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
We may maintain administrative notes, review decisions, status changes, timestamps, and references connecting submissions to published content.
Private moderation records are not part of the published strategy document.
If you believe a submission or published tutorial infringes your rights or contains inappropriate personal information, contact me@rickhouse.dev with information identifying the affected content and explaining your concern.
Administrators may use external AI services, including OpenAI’s ChatGPT, to help review, organize, rewrite, or convert submitted strategy material into the App’s tutorial format.
Information supplied to these services may include the submitted title, strategy description, optional notes, and submission reference identifier.
By submitting material under these Terms, you authorize this processing for the App-related purposes described above, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You do not need to create or connect your own AI-service account to submit a suggestion.
AI-assisted output remains subject to review before publication. Review does not guarantee that content is complete or error-free.
External AI services have their own terms, privacy practices, retention arrangements, and data-use settings. We do not promise that material sent to an external service is never retained or used for model improvement.
Features labeled Beta, including the Strategies experience, may be incomplete, change frequently, contain errors, or become temporarily unavailable.
We may change or disable a beta feature, revise content, or adjust its availability.
Do not rely on beta features as your only record of important information or as a basis for gambling or financial decisions.
Changes to beta features do not remove any mandatory consumer rights or obligations associated with paid features.
The App may offer subscriptions, paid features, promotional offers, trials, or other purchases. A subscription may be described as Premium, Pro, ad-free, or “Craps Calculator Pro.”
Depending on the offering displayed at purchase, Premium may include:
Removal of in-App banner and native advertisements.
Rebet access without rewarded advertisements.
Removal of ad-based Rebet cooldowns.
Other benefits identified in the purchase offering.
The offering and purchase disclosures determine what is included. Signing in does not itself grant Premium, and a feature requiring authentication is not necessarily a paid feature.
We may evolve Premium features, subject to applicable law, app store requirements, and the subscription access represented at purchase.
Subscriptions are processed through the applicable app store or payment provider.
The purchase screen and platform disclosures provide the available products, prices, billing periods, trial terms, renewal terms, and cancellation requirements.
Unless canceled in accordance with the platform’s requirements, subscriptions may automatically renew and charge your payment account.
You may manage or cancel a subscription through the platform where it was purchased or supported subscription-management tools.
Deleting the App, deleting your App account, or losing access to an App feature does not automatically cancel a subscription.
If a subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, revoked, or cannot be verified, associated Premium access may be removed.
A platform may provide a billing grace period following a renewal failure. Availability and duration depend on the platform, product configuration, and applicable rules. A grace period is not guaranteed.
Refund requests are generally handled by the purchase platform, without limiting any refund rights available under applicable law.
Premium access may be associated with an anonymous App user identifier, an app store account, or an authenticated App account.
Cross-device or cross-platform access depends on the applicable app store, RevenueCat, supported account-linking behavior, and our configuration. It is not guaranteed in every combination of devices, accounts, or platforms.
If access does not appear after reinstalling, switching accounts, or changing devices, you may need to sign in with the appropriate account or restore purchases.
You must not fraudulently obtain, resell, transfer, or bypass subscription access.

We may verify account ownership before processing a request.
Eligible account-linked data is removed or de-identified through the applicable deletion process, subject to legal requirements and permitted retention for security, fraud prevention, operational records, backups, or other applicable purposes.
Deleting your account removes eligible strategy favorites and affects their aggregate counts. It does not automatically withdraw an already published, curated tutorial derived from a submission.
If published content includes your personal information, contact us to request review.
Deletion does not automatically remove information previously sent to external services or posted in public communities. Their retention practices and applicable rights may apply separately.
Where available, you may request eligible account data through in-App export tools. Exports may be subject to identity verification, cooldowns, size limits, or security restrictions.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Submit infringing, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited material.
Interfere with the App, its servers, or another user’s access.
Bypass authentication, age restrictions, administrative permissions, application checks, rate limits, or other security controls.
Access another person’s private data without authorization.
Manipulate favorites or popularity counts through automation, coordinated abuse, or deceptive account creation.
Abuse APIs, cloud services, subscriptions, advertisements, or analytics systems.
Use unauthorized bots or automated scripts to interact with the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical protections, except where applicable law permits it.
Share, sell, or transfer account access in a manner that violates these Terms.
We may enforce request limits, content-length limits, storage limits, cooldowns, and other operational restrictions. Limits may vary by feature and change over time.
A rejected or rate-limited request is not guaranteed to complete automatically. You may need to retry after the indicated waiting period.
Repeated abuse may result in additional restrictions, suspension, or termination.
The App uses third-party services that may include Firebase, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, advertising networks, app stores, email providers, and external AI services used for administrative content preparation.
Using third-party services or following external links may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control independent third-party websites, public communities, or platform services. This does not exclude responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.
Opening a feedback email link does not automatically send an email. You may review and edit the message before sending it.
The App may display advertisements supplied by third-party networks and mediation partners.
Advertising providers may process device, advertising, consent, and interaction information as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable settings.
Rewarded advertisements may provide access to specified App features. They do not provide real-money gambling rewards.
Premium removes the advertisements identified in the applicable purchase offering. It does not necessarily remove external advertisements, app store content, operating-system messages, or promotions displayed outside our App.
The App’s software, branding, designs, original content, and other protected materials belong to Rickhouse, LLC or the applicable rights holders.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the App for its intended purposes.
You may not commercially redistribute the App or its protected content, remove ownership notices, or create unauthorized copies or derivative works, except where applicable law permits it or the relevant rights holder authorizes it.
You retain any ownership rights in your own submitted material, subject to the licenses granted in these Terms.
We do not claim exclusive ownership of general craps rules, mathematical facts, or common betting concepts merely because they appear in the App.
The App does not facilitate real-money gambling and is not affiliated with or endorsed by a casino or gaming operator unless expressly stated.
Strategies, favorite counts, tutorials, calculations, and simulations:
Do not guarantee winnings, profit, loss recovery, or any particular outcome.
May simplify assumptions or omit table-specific rules.
May differ from actual casino payouts, commissions, betting limits, or procedures.
Are not financial, investment, or professional gambling advice.
Popular strategies are not necessarily better or less risky. No betting progression eliminates the risk of loss.
If you choose to gamble outside the App, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws and venue rules and for your own decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
Error-free calculations, tutorials, or AI-assisted content.
Uninterrupted service or synchronization.
Permanent availability of a particular strategy or feature.
Preservation of every saved record.
Compatibility with every device, account, or platform.
Any particular educational, gameplay, or financial result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rickhouse, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the App, including lost profits, lost data, interruptions, or decisions made in reliance on strategy content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability or consumer remedies that applicable law requires us to retain.
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations, abuse, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements.
Where appropriate and permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue. Immediate restrictions may be necessary for serious abuse or security concerns.
Termination of App access does not automatically cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions through the applicable purchase platform.
Terms that reasonably need to continue after termination, including relevant intellectual-property permissions, published-content licenses, disclaimers, and applicable liability provisions, continue to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms as the App, its features, or applicable requirements change.
We will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice or request acceptance where required.
Updated terms apply as permitted by applicable law. Continued use may constitute acceptance where legally effective, but does not replace any separate consent required for a particular change.
These Terms are subject to applicable United States federal and state law.
If mandatory laws in your jurisdiction provide additional consumer protections or rights, these Terms do not remove those protections.
Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
